In 1860, Edouard Heuer started a small watchmaking company. In 1985, TAG, makers of high-tech products such as turbochargers for Formula 1 race cars, aqcuired Heuer, a reknowned watch company that specialized in making racing chronographs. Together, they took the watch world by storm, making TAG Heuer one of the most popular names in watches worldwide.

- Aquaracer
The Aquaracer lined was launched in 1982, and has become the ideal watch for instense water sports. Giving you all the accuracy you need up to depths of 300 meters, the Aquaracer is a water sports fan’s dream come true.
- Monaco
Named after the famous Grand Prix, the Monaco chronograph was a milestone for TAG Heuer. Utilizing the world’s first water-resistant square case, it also housed the Chronomatic, the world’s first automatic chronograph movement with a microrotor. If that isn’t cool enough, Steve McQueen wore one in Le Mans.

The Link Collection was first produced in 1999 to represent the perfect balance of sport and prestige. It exhibited the power and beauty of steel through it’s refined lines. The bracelet is one of the most comfortable of it’s kinds and has set the standard for future models. In 2005, TAG Heuer debuted the new Link Collection, bringing the watch into the 21st century, while still retaining all of the qualities that made it a classic.
- Carrera
TAG Heuer has produced this line in honor of the Carrera Panamericana, an epic race that was started in the 1950s. Juan Manuel Fangio, an Argentinian driver with five Formula 1 World Championships under his belt, won this event in 1953. The Carrera Chronograph combines refinement with the spirit of sport.
